Natural Calcite with Chlorite Inclusions & Pink UV Fluorescence | Heart-Shaped Mineral Specimen

This heart-shaped mineral specimen features a beautiful combination of Calcite and Chlorite inclusions. Under normal light, the green Chlorite can be seen enclosed within and growing together with the Calcite crystals, creating a natural forest-like texture throughout the specimen.

One of its most interesting characteristics appears under UV light. Some areas of the Calcite contain trace amounts of manganese (Mn²⁺), which can produce a pink to reddish fluorescence when exposed to ultraviolet light.

However, not all Calcite contains enough manganese to fluoresce. This means that within the same specimen, some crystal areas may glow while others show little or no visible fluorescence.

This natural variation makes each piece unique. Under white light, you can appreciate the crystal structure and Chlorite inclusions; under UV light, you can discover its hidden fluorescent details.
